FDO sensors are the perfect solution for measuring dissolved oxygen. In addition to being free of calibration and flow, with their 45 membrane, they are also insensitive to air bubbles. Therefore, you will not require any additional installation equipment. The robust design of this sensors allows the use with an overpressure of up to 10 bar. The special membrane has a unique stability and thus ensures stable measured values.

These especially stable electrodes ensure long operation times and a simple cleaning method. To measure, simply install the respective electrode into the IQ SENSOR NET, everything else will take place automatically. These values also stand for the signal output per 0/4-20 mA output or digital output (Profibus, Modbus RTU, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP) is directly available.

The ultrasonic cleaning system ensures the low-maintenance and continuously reliable measuring operation of the sensors, which are therefore very suited for extreme applications, such as wastewater treatment plants.
With the nephelometric measuring principle of the VisoTurb , the stray light is measured at a 90 angle. The measuring setup is suitable for low and medium turbidity values up to 4000 FNU. According to EN ISO 7027, infrared light is used in the wavelength range of 860 nm. This wave length is outside the visible range, so that possible sample colorings generally do not cause any interference.
Conductivity Sensor

This measuring technique has proven itself over the years and offers an interference-free operation, also and foremost at high conductivity values. The 4-electrode measuring cell is very insensitive to contamination. Based on the pressure resistance of up to 10 bars, there is nothing to stop you from mounting into pipes or on lines.
The sea water model includes the sensor for use in special media: All wetted parts are made of titanium and plastic and are therefore extremely resistant to corrosion.

The Alyza IQ NH4 ammonium analyzer is the latest addition to the IQ SENSOR NET. It can be easily integrated into new and existing systems just as simple as a sensor. The measuring principle is based on the photometric indophenol method according to DIN 38 406, which has been a proven detection method for ammonium. Thanks to the wet chemical measurement directly in the process, Alyza IQ is the perfect solution for monitoring the treatment plant effluent as well as surface water bodies.

The high-performance processor of the terminal/controller MIQ/TC 2020 3G coordinates all tasks inside the network. The USB interface allows quick data exchange via USB stick or directly to external systems. The system status LED provides reliable and quick information about the function and the system status.
The system stores the measured values of a new connected sensor and all configuration data automatically. The large, colored display and the large buttons ensure a clear and customer friendly operation at any conditions.
When integrating two MIQ/TC 2020 3G into system, the system security and therefore the availability of the total system is ensured by the controller-redundancy-function. This lets you use one MIQ/TC 2020 3G as a terminal and a controller (fixed installation), and a second one as a mobile terminal. By including this into the network, you can have remote communcation as well as remote maintenance.
For the remote maintenance from a PC, you need to install the software IQ Software Pack CONNECT. This setting can be made via a user interface according to the MIQ/TC 2020 3G terminal. In addition, you have the option to transfer measuring and configuration data of the system to a computer. For the control with the IQ Web Connect the MIQ/MC3 is required.
